If you want to work in one of the UK’s Best Workplaces, then head for Skypark where Fleet Alliance is headquartered. Why? Because it’s been voted a Great Place to Work no fewer than 13 times.

If you’re a woman looking for a placement in the automotive business, then there’s no better place to head to than the 9th floor at Skypark situated in Glasgow’s fashionable Finnieston district. Why should you? Because Fleet Alliance has been named a Best Workplace for Women for the fourth time in the 2025 certification by Great Place to Work.

And now, if you’re looking for a role in financial and insurance services, Fleet Alliance is the place to be — for everyone. Because… drumroll, please …. for the second year in a row, Fleet Alliance has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance.

We’re delighted to receive this most recent accolade cementing Fleet Alliance’s position as an outstanding place to work. Creating the right employee environment is essential to the success of the business.

We’re committed to ensuring that all our employees build their work life around our four pillars of fairness, trust, engagement and respect. It not only makes for a welcoming working environment, but also in the highly regulated but fast-paced world of vehicle finance, it’s important that those same values are extended to our customers.

This latest recognition by the Great Place to Work institute is hugely welcomed and a testament to the culture that pervades Fleet Alliance. A culture that we will continue to support and nurture.

How the survey was carried out

The UK’s Best Workplaces in the Financial Services & Insurance survey was conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, the global authority on workplace culture.

It asked our employees to comment on how Fleet Alliance supported their work-life balance, their sense of fulfilment and job satisfaction, along with psychological safety and financial security.

Evaluations also included an assessment of how well Fleet Alliance was able to deliver consistency of its employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
