Fleet Alliance Loves is at the heart of how we make a difference. Based on our core values of Fairness, Trust, Engagement and Respect, it informs how we look after our people, the community around us and the way we minimise the impact of our business on the environment, and how we work to continually improve our quality of service.

Working hard to make a difference.

Giving something back and making a difference is what Fleet Alliance Loves is all about. We work with a number of charities and communities in effort to share some of our success as a business with those left fortunate than ourselves.

Built in the grounds of NHS cancer hospitals, Maggie’s provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer and their family and friends.

Part of a nationwide network of foodbanks working to combat poverty and hunger by providing emergency food and support to local people in crisis.

Located just outside Nairobi in Kibera, the largest urban slum in Africa, Siloam Orphanage provides orphans with a home, food and water, and an education.

Fleet Alliance Team

Love runs deep.

Fleet Alliance Loves is built on the foundations of a happy and engaged team of people. We foster a working environment that encourages professional and personal excellence by providing our staff with a programme of support that helps them build successful careers that strike a balance between work and life. This dedication to our people is recognised by two of the UK's foremost workplace engagement specialists. Our culture is based around the firmly held belief that by looking after our people, they will in return look after our customers with the same care and attention.

The difference we're making

Social, charity and community are fundamental aspects of Fleet Alliance Loves. We place a strong emphasis on all three, with a dedicated team (FABS) who plan our annual events calendar.
