Thirteen: unlucky for some, but a brilliant achievement for us, for we have just been certified A Great Place to Work for the 13th time.
Company culture is such a crucial element of how businesses operate and it’s gratifying to understand that our continuing efforts are recognised and certified externally as we develop as a sustainable mobility provider.
Customer service is an essential part of the working ethos at Fleet Alliance, not just in relation to our external customers, but also to one another in the business.
We’re all about values
Our team interactions are based on our four core values of fairness, trust, engagement and respect which we collect together under the Fleet Alliance Loves umbrella.
But it goes further than just our customers and our relationships within the business. It determines our relationship with the wider community, and helps foster a sense of caring and understanding that extends beyond the workplace to acts of charity.
As part of our business strategy to be the UK’s sustainable mobility leader, Fleet Alliance is committed to charitable giving through ‘Fleet Alliance Loves’. Fleet Alliance Loves encourages our people to make a positive contribution to the society around them and to understand the business from a wider community perspective.

Lucky to work with great people
We have a great range of benefits which also helps, of course, from birthday days off to wellbeing assistance, a flexible approach to work-life balance as well as a stunning location (and view!) from our Skypark offices in Glasgow.
Nine of our team members used their volunteering day this year – part of the Fleet Alliance benefits package to encourage support for charities – to clear out and dispose of shrubbery around a section of the Beatson Cancer hospital before it is transformed with plants and flowers.
Above all, though, we have a great bunch of people that I’m so lucky to work with – 13th certification or not!
