Fleet Alliance has announced that its end-to-end fleet management platform, e-Fleet, will be adopted across the Global Vehicle Group following its acquisition. The roll-out of eFleet across the Group will make the cloud-based fleet management platform available to thousands of business clients, offering a unified and enhanced digital fleet experience for fleet managers and drivers alike. As part of the roll-out, eFleet will adopt new visual branding.

Small Tweaks to Branding. Same Great Platform

Current eFleet users will experience no change in how the system operates. Login details, functionality, the driver app and all supporting services remain the same. The transition to Group-wide branding marks a strategic milestone for the Global Vehicle Group as it consolidates its market presence and expands its digital capability.

eFleet already provides one of the most comprehensive digital fleet management solutions available, offering complete visibility of all vehicles irrespective of provider, control and increased efficiency across every stage of the vehicle lifecycle from ordering and procurement to driver support, mileage capture, compliance and ongoing risk management.

Andy Bruce, CEO of Fleet Alliance, commented: “Seeing e-Fleet adopted by the Group is an important step in our long-term strategy to deliver a seamless and fully integrated mobility ecosystem. eFleet has been one of the most advanced fleet management platforms in the UK for many years, and we are delighted to make it available to all Group clients.

Becoming part of the Global Vehicle Group has expanded our capabilities and strengthened our already impressive buying power. By rolling the eFleet platform out across the Group, we are ensuring that every client—new and existing—benefits from the same market-leading technology, the same high-quality service, and forward-looking innovation that has always defined our approach.”

A Fully Integrated, End-to-End Digital Ecosystem

eFleet is an advanced cloud-based fleet management system designed to give fleet managers real-time control over their fleet operations. From SMEs running 5 vehicles to corporates managing thousands, eFleet scales to fit any fleet structure and operational model. It offers instant access to all fleet information in one place, regardless of supplier, funding method or vehicle type, including grey fleet vehicles.

The central dashboard provides immediate visibility of fleet status, key actions, upcoming renewals, predicted mileage overruns and areas requiring fleet manager intervention. The expansive reporting suite enables users to analyse and understand every detail of their fleet, improving cost management and operational efficiency.

Support in Every Driver’s Pocket

The e-Fleet driver app delivers substantial value to drivers while helping fleet managers reduce risk by addressing key aspects of their duty of care.

Benefits for drivers include:

  • Service and MOT reminders
  • Vehicle inspection prompts
  • Maintenance notifications
  • Automated licence checks updates via DVLA, where enabled

This constant, two-way communication ensures that all essential data, from mileage to vehicle condition, is updated accurately and automatically, reducing the administrative burden and enabling exception-based management. For managers, that means fewer inbound calls, enhanced compliance and better visibility of driver behaviour and fleet risk.

Managing the Entire Vehicle Lifecycle

From initial vehicle selection to in-life management and renewal, eFleet provides a complete digital journey from online vehicle ordering and renewal to mileage capture, business trip logging and predictive reporting. This integrated system ensures a seamless flow of data, documentation and driver communication throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle, making fleet management easier, faster and more accurate

Fleet managers are able to take advantage of the following benefits:

  1. Improved efficiency through automation: Mileage capture, service notifications, driver licence checks and inspection reports are all automated through a unified system.
  2. Enhanced cost control: Real-time and predictive reporting allow fleet managers to identify cost savings, monitor utilisation, manage excess mileage and optimise vehicle selection.
  3. Stronger risk management: Exception-based notifications ensure that managers focus only on issues requiring attention, improving compliance, safety and duty-of-care management.
  4. Better driver experience: An intuitive app empowers drivers to self-manage many routine tasks, reducing admin time for fleet managers and improving driver satisfaction.
Now is the time to take control

If you’re not using eFleet, now is the time to take control. Unlock instant visibility, tighter cost control, stronger compliance and dramatically reduced admin, backed up by a powerful driver app and real-time, exception-based management.
