Recognition for the fun of serious customer service

We’re on something of a roll here. Deservedly so, I would say!

But following our success as the Best Company to Work at in Scotland and our rating as one of the Best Companies to Work at in the UK by Great Place to Work Institute – rubbing shoulders with high street names such Coca Cola, eBay, McDonalds, Microsoft and IKEA – we’ve, errr, gone and done it again!

We’ve been shortlisted on the UK-wide National Business Awards in two categories.
These are:

  • The Customer Focus Award
  • The Croner Employer of the Year

Of course, I’m thrilled that we’ve been nominated in two categories.

I really do believe the best way to deliver exceptional customer service is to have a happy workforce.

But the one that really pleases me, and demonstrates our increasing recognition as a top UK leasing and fleet management provider, is the customer focus nomination.

I’ve gone on about it before, but I really do believe the best way to deliver exceptional customer service is to have a happy workforce. And that means having fun!

Yes, we’re extremely serious about what we deliver, but the atmosphere in the office is lighthearted and fun-filled. Yes, even with me around…

So congratulations to all the staff here at Fleet Alliance and their commitment to providing the best service – and I hope you as customers notice the difference in our approach too.

Fingers crossed, next stop is 12th November at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.

Better get that DJ cleaned. Again!
