We can today announce that Fleet Alliance will once again be the Partick Thistle back of shirt sponsor for the 2018/19 season.
We will once again donate this advertising space on the rear of the Jags’ home jerseys to Beatson Cancer Charity – a gesture that continues from last season.
Our own logo will adorn the away shirts. The deal, which fits perfectly with the Fleet Alliance core values of fairness, trust, engagement and respect, is just the latest in a series that have seen a raft of sponsors pledge continued support to the football club.
Since 2008 we have raised more than £426,634 for various charities and look forward to continuing to support deserving causes in the West of Scotland, across the UK and overseas.
On the new partnership with Partick Thistle and Beatson Cancer Charity, Martin Brown, Fleet Alliance Managing Director, said: “It’s great to be involved with Thistle for another season and we’re incredibly proud of our connection with the Club. It’s an organisation and a business that is showing a lot of excitement at the moment and we are certainly looking forward to another season as back of shirt sponsors.
“The charity aspect of this deal is as important to us as the brand exposure for the business. As a company we pride ourselves in our connection to the local community and I hope that this deal will once again allow us to put something back.”
Partick Thistle Chief Executive, Gerry Britton, said: “To have Fleet Alliance signed up as back of shirt sponsors for another season is absolutely fantastic. We’ve been able to announce two high profile sponsors this week and it really shows how much our partners are supporting the plan we have for the next 12 months.
“The way Martin and Fleet Alliance have structured the sponsorship package to benefit a charity speaks volumes for how they conduct their business and marks them out as exactly the kind of company we want to work with.”
