London bound for a hat-trick of awards

For the third year in a row, we were the winners in the category for the biggest fleets (1000+) at the Small Fleet Leasing awards, run by the business motoring website for SMEs, Business Car Manager.
This is a great achievement for Fleet Alliance, as in a sector that continues to show considerable growth year on year, our rivals run us closer and closer. So having won the award the last two years, I think it’s impressive to win it for a third time in a row.
The other satisfying element is that it was judged by a panel of experts from the leasing sector, who’ve seen how we work, our achievements and have chosen to recognise it. That’s really gratifying to be recognised by your industry peers.
On top of the 1000+ award, we also walked away with the customer service award – also for the third year running!
In so many ways, this is the big one to get right. Great service is what we always hope to be about and this award demonstrates that we are still getting things right.
Despite this trio of customer service wins, this is not the time to get complacent and I can guarantee we will continue to look at ways to improve and evolve.
A business is nothing without its people and whilst it was only myself and David Blackmore who could represent the Fleet Alliance team in London, I appreciate this award says as much about our processes as it does about our excellent staff, who are the bedrock of great customer service.
The judges recognised this and said: “At the top of Fleet Alliance’s leasing programme are their people – happy, engaged and a motivated team. This award-winning culture results in high employee retention rates and excellent customer service.”
They went on to add: “And that’s reflected by inclusion in the 2015 UK’s Best Workplaces and an Investor in People Gold Status.”
I’m absolutely made up with these comments as you all know how important this is to me.
Congratulations then to all our staff, who are pivotal in all the business we do. And to our customers, I hope this gives you added confidence that we are the best to service your business.
