Fleet Alliance Appointed Representative, Jonathan Nolan, has been named the Best Appointed Representative (AR) at the Broker News Awards 2024.
Held at London’s Orrery restaurant on 25 April, the awards celebrate excellence in the leasing broker sector.
The judges said: “Jonathan’s enthusiasm for his role and the industry that he works in really shines through in his nomination.”
They added: “Jonathan is a well-known and long-established industry professional. It’s good to see him thrive running his own business under the Fleet Alliance umbrella. This is what the FCA’s AR regime is supposed to be about.”
The award was presented to Jonathan by category sponsor Nicola Eggleton of vGroup International.
There were three shortlisted finalists for the award, two of which were from Fleet Alliance: Jonathan Nolan and Sarah Bisset.
Editor of Broker News Ralph Morton said that the quality of the ARs that entered was very high, suggesting outstanding depth in this field.
“It was very satisfying to see the finalist ARs really grasp the business market, satisfying their clients from business contract hire to more complex salary sacrifice schemes in such a professional way,” added Ralph.
Head of AR and Partner Laura Muir commented:
“It’s obviously very pleasing to see two of our ARs in the shortlisted finalists for these prestigious awards and for Jonathan Nolan to win the award is a superb result and testament to the quality of the Fleet Alliance AR programme, which allows individuals and broker companies to thrive within a highly supportive structure. Well done to both Jonathan and Sarah.”
