Fleet decision-makers have again voted Fleet Alliance the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to fleet customers in the ExpertEye awards.

Picking up the service award for the fourth time in the last five years, Fleet Alliance again came out top in the category which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles.

Fleet Alliance managing director, Martin Brown, commented: “We are delighted to receive our fourth service award in the last five years in the ExpertEye awards.

“Customer service is our mantra and is at the heart of everything we do. Our staff are always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that our customers receive the very best in terms of customer service.

“So to receive this award again, based on the real-life views and experiences of fleet operators, is further testimony to the hard work, efforts and endeavours of our entire team who are committed to ensuring we deliver outstanding service to customers.”

An Incredible Achievement

ExpertEye’s chairman and founder, Rick Yarrow, commented: “For Fleet Alliance to win this award four times is an incredible achievement.

“The ExpertEye award is unique in that there is no submission process, nor judging panel. The award is based entirely on the independent feedback we receive through our fleet sector research, and there is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves who use the services of contract hire and fleet management providers.

Having topped this category four times in the last five years proves what incredibly high standards Fleet Alliance is setting to keep winning the category up to 250 vehicles.”

The ExpertEye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive categories in total. Fleet Alliance’s FleetEye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2018 from ExpertEye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by ExpertEye, who ask an extensive range of questions. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

The FleetEye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Companies that subscribe enjoy flexible back-end reporting and the ability to tailor the question sets so that they are meaningful.

Fleet managers who complete the survey also benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data giving them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators.

Fleet Alliance has enjoyed a series of very successful years in terms of fleet size, revenue and profitability and, following the acquisition of Neva Consultants in January 2017, now manages around 28,000 vehicles on behalf of corporate clients. This would put it at No 12 by fleet size in the FN50 league table of leading contract hire and leasing companies.

Another Award-Winning Year

It has also seen outstanding awards success over the last 12 months. In November last year, the company scored a hat-trick of award wins at the 2018 Leasing Broker Federation Awards, winning awards for Best Large Leasing Broker, Best Green Leasing Broker and Best Large Leasing Broker (Customer Service).

And in September, the company won the Customer Service Award at the 2018 Business Car awards at the first attempt.

Earlier in the year, Fleet Alliance was voted one of the top 50 best places to work in the UK for the sixth year in a row, in the medium-sized category for companies with 50-499 employees.

And in June 2018, the company was voted one of the top 50 places to work in Scotland by workplace engagement specialists, Best Companies, part of the Best Companies to Work For list published by The Sunday Times.
