I’m delighted to share that Fleet Alliance has once again been certified as a Great Place To Work®, marking the 15th time we have achieved this recognition.

It’s an achievement we’re particularly proud of as Fleet Alliance continues to develop as part of Global Vehicle Group. While the business evolves, the strong foundations of our workplace culture remain firmly in place.

Great Place To Work® Certification is much more than a tick-box exercise. It is based on confidential feedback from employees through the Trust Index™ survey, alongside an assessment of the organisation’s history and demographics.

To achieve certification, businesses must meet a minimum Trust Index™ score of 65%, providing an independent measure of how employees genuinely feel about their workplace.

The two results are then analysed. Certification is only made if the results exceed more than 65% of the Institute’s Trust Index benchmark used to measure employee satisfaction.

At Fleet Alliance, we have always worked to build our culture around four key pillars: fairness, trust, engagement and respect. Creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and engaged is important to us, and we believe that a positive workplace culture also helps us deliver better experiences and outcomes for our customers.

This latest certification follows our recent recognition as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ 2026 and our inclusion in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026 list for the fifth time.

As Head of People and Culture, I’m incredibly proud of these achievements. What makes them particularly meaningful is that they are shaped by the experiences and feedback of our own people.

Of course, there is always more we can do. We’ll continue listening to our colleagues and finding ways to make Fleet Alliance an even better place to work.

But for now, we’re delighted to celebrate this latest milestone and thank everyone across Fleet Alliance for the part they play in making it such a great place to work.
