Fleet Alliance has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ 2026.

The recognition from Great Place To Work® celebrates organisations across the financial services and insurance sector that are creating consistently positive employee experiences and workplace cultures where people can thrive.

The UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ list is determined using confidential feedback from employees through Great Place To Work’s Trust Index© survey. Employees are asked about areas including work-life balance, job satisfaction, wellbeing, psychological safety and their overall experience at work.

As Head of People and Culture, I am delighted to see Fleet Alliance recognised among the UK’s leading workplaces in our sector.

What makes awards like this particularly meaningful is that they are based on the experiences and feedback of our own people. We work hard to create a culture built around trust, flexibility, support and opportunity, and it is hugely rewarding to see that reflected in how our colleagues feel about working here.

The recognition adds to Fleet Alliance’s growing list of Great Place To Work® achievements and reflects our continued commitment to creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and able to succeed.
