Fleet Alliance named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ for fifth time

Fleet Alliance has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™, marking the fifth time the company has earned a place on the prestigious national list.

Awarded by Great Place To Work®, the recognition celebrates organisations that are creating consistently positive, inclusive and equitable workplace experiences for women.

Fleet Alliance has been ranked 61 in the medium-sized business category for 2026.

The achievement is based on confidential feedback from Fleet Alliance employees and reflects the company’s continued commitment to creating a workplace built around fairness, trust, engagement and respect.

As Group Head of People and Culture, I am incredibly proud that Fleet Alliance has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women for the fifth time.

What makes this achievement particularly meaningful is that it is shaped by the experiences and feedback of our own people. Women currently account for 59% of Fleet Alliance’s workforce and 50%of its senior management team.
