Fleet Alliance is actively recruiting new Appointed Representatives (ARs) to join its award-winning company.

You’ll be in good hands. Fleet Alliance has been voted A Great Place To Work for nine successive years, with that ethos extending to the company’s ARs, which are treated as part of an extended family.

The primary focus for Fleet Alliance is the SME sector, which is where it wants to bolster its AR representation.

Our ARs are a crucial part of the business serving SME fleets and can establish a healthy and profitable business by joining us, with the additional security and knowledge of our superb administrative backup.

Fleet Alliance ARs are assisted by dedicated support staff at the Fleet Alliance head office, providing full back office administration and account management (e-Fleet Admin), sales fulfilment (e-Fleet CRM), and, of course, access to a multitude of funding lines (e-Fleet Procurement).

What type of Appointed Representative is Fleet Alliance looking for?

According to Laura, Fleet Alliance would ideally prefer established leasing broker firms. She says:

“We’re looking for brokers that enjoy consulting with clients, but want to reduce the back end administration burden, whether that’s chasing orders and updating clients or chasing vehicle payout.

“At Fleet Alliance we can take all that away from you – leaving you to get on with servicing and expanding your customer base.”

To qualify as a Fleet Alliance AR, you will need to be experienced in business contract hire and salary sacrifice, offering customers – which could range from small businesses, SME fleets and even corporate fleets – an excellent service and operating as their ‘fleet manager’.

In return your existing company will become an AR operating under the established Fleet Alliance brand, providing full back-end administration and including all FCA registration and BVRLA accreditation.

If that sounds like the next move you would like to make for your business, then please contact Laura for an initial consultation.
