March-15Fleet decision-makers have rated Fleet Alliance the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers in 2015 in the annual Experteye customer satisfaction survey.

Fleet Alliance topped the category which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles.

The award was presented to managing director, Martin Brown, at a ceremony in Mayfair – an event which covered nine different Experteye fleet and automotive award categories in total.

Fleet Alliance’s Fleeteye CSI honour was based on results obtained throughout 2014 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who ask an extensive range of questions on a six-monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

“Fleet Alliance’s customer satisfaction ratings have been extremely impressive over the last year,” said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye.

“All results are based on independent feedback we receive from their customers, making them deserved winners of our award for best customer service to fleets up to 250 vehicles.

“Fleeteye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Companies that subscribe enjoy flexible back-end reporting and the ability to tailor the question sets so that they are meaningful.

“Fleet managers who complete the survey also benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data giving them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators,” he said.

Fleet Alliance has just reported a fourth successive record year in terms of fleet size, revenue and profitability following a hugely successful 2014, and now has a fleet size of 18,209 vehicles under management on behalf of business customers, following growth in both the SME and mid-corporate sectors of the market.

Fleet Alliance managing director Martin Brown said: “We are delighted to have been rated the best vehicle leasing and fleet management company in the UK in terms of customer service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles.

“We pride ourselves on our levels of customer service and this award is further testimony to the hard work, efforts and endeavours of our customer-facing staff who are committed to ensuring we deliver on our service to customers.”

This latest honour continues a series of successes for Fleet Alliance in a variety of business and industry awards. These include:

  • Overall  winner of Best Small Fleet Leasing Company award at the 2014 Small Fleet Leasing Awards
  • Winner of the Best Small Fleet Leasing Customer Service Excellence award in the 2014 Small Fleet Leasing Awards
  • Winner of 2014 BusinessCar Techies Best App award
  • Awarded Investors in People Gold Accreditation

  • Voted 11th in the Great Place to Work in the UK small business category
  • Finalist in the Customer Focus category in the 2014 National Business Awards

“We have had an outstanding 12 months in terms of recognition for the company, and this latest accolade is the icing on the cake,” added Martin Brown.
