Fleet Alliance Technical Services is our service, maintenance and repair (SMR) product which allows us to attach a consistent maintenance product to all vehicles we supply irrespective of the Finance Partner you choose. By offering this product, we can take care of all service, maintenance and repairs required to keep your vehicles in the best working order.

Whilst it is our aim to make the management of your fleet as cost effective as possible it is also our policy to reduce your administration and increase the levels of service you receive. By offering our own consolidated maintenance product we retain greater control of our service levels.

This increased level of service doesn't come at the expense of your choice of Finance Partner. We can cherry pick the best rate from our entire panel of market-leading finance providers then simply attach our own maintenance product to that vehicle meaning you get the best of both worlds - great pricing coupled with excellent service.

ServiceTrak

ServiceTrak provides a one-stop-shop for you to call for all your fleet's servicing and mechanical repairs. This service is designed to save you the time and trouble often associated with dealing with garages.

To ensure a high level of workmanship, we have a network of over 1,000 nationally approved suppliers at our disposal, although you are free to choose whichever garage you would prefer.

ServiceTrak also means you can benefit from:

  • Priority bookings
  • Free collection and delivery from home or work
  • Complimentary wash and vacuum after each service
  • Complimentary courtesy car (with 5 days' notice)

Fleet Alliance uses Rapide, the latest web-based texting technology to inform drivers when vehicles are ready for collection, following a service or repair and to send out MOT reminders.

Our text messages can be personalised to each individual driver and vehicle and can even be given priority over other texts in a message inbox. Rapide means we can get in contact with clients efficiently yet unobtrusively.


Breakdown cover

Upon expiry of your vehicle’s manufacturer cover we offer a comprehensive roadside assistance programme, in conjunction with the RAC.

We have a dedicated roadside assistance phoneline, so you can get help as quickly as possible, whether you are at home or on the road, 24 hours a day. Our European cover will also make sure you are covered when driving abroad on the continent.

Benefits at a glance:

  • 24 hour service - roadside assistance is available round the clock, 365 days a year.
  • Roadside recovery - if a vehicle cannot be fixed on the spot, driver, vehicle andpassengers will be taken to the driver's chosen destination.
  • Assistance at home - you will get help whether you are at home or at work.
  • Onward travel - alternative travel or hotel accommodation will be arranged where necessary.
  • European cover - this includes organising travel documents, as well as providing breakdown cover whilst abroad.

Accident management

Our specialist team works with the RAC to provide an incident management service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your drivers only need to make one call and we do the rest. If an employee's vehicle is off the road due to an accident, we provide a free hire car for 48 hours and can arrange temporary vehicles according to your company car policy.

Thorough risk assessment enables us to identify and implement risk reduction strategies. We also pursue uninsured loss recovery claims and include full European cover as part of the package.


Drive hire

Fleet Alliance has a range of flexible and hassle-free solutions to help you manage your vehicle fleet needs as they change with your business. We over you access to over 50,000 vehicles, most of which can be delivered with two hours from a network of 350 locations throughout the UK.


Fair play on tyres

Managing over 7,000 vehicles means we are responsible for the safety of over 7,000 people. Client safety is something we take seriously and one of the ways we will care for you is by offering unlimited tyre replacement, to ensure all tyres on our vehicles are in good condition.

The minimum legal limit for the tread depth of a tyre is 1.6mm but our policy is to replace tyres when they reach a tread depth of 2mm.

We also ensure we repair or replace any tyres after a puncture or if they have suffered kerb or sidewall damage. Just because we offer unlimited replacement tyres, it does not mean we use any old tyres; we believe in fitting only premium-brands, so you always get the best set of wheels in the business.


Link 24

As part of our high level of service, we provide Link 24, a technical support line available 24 hours a day, every day. Link 24 provides you with driver and fleet support from fully-qualified technicians.

Whether you have problems adjusting a car seat or working out a refrigeration unit, our technicians are there to offer you expert help and advice.
