HIRE REQUEST BOOKING FORM
Once this request has been actioned, you will receive a confirmation reference. If confirmation has not been recieved within 2 working hours please contact the drive hire team on 0870 241 4656
Collections will be made within 8 working hours from collection time stated. Working Hours being Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (exluding bank holidays)
Please note the following conditions:
Delivery/Collection: £7.50 each-way charge applies to all car and light van rentals apart from long term (FOC). Premium location: 13% surcharge on daily rental. Road Fund Tax: £1.07 per day capped at 20 per 28 days. Excess mileage: mileage in excess of 3,000 in any 28-day period will be charged at 10p per mile. Insurance: Drivers and vehicles must be covered by the hirer's own insurance unless Hire Company's Insurance is requested (see above). Commercial Vehicles: Our normal terms & conditions ruls do not apply - Delivery & Collection may vary - No one way rental (Please contact us for full details)
On TBA collections hire charges will continue until you contact us on the number above with instructions to terminate the hire. At this point a termination number will be provided. (Please do not off-hire with our finance partners directly).
