When taking a hire vehicle abroad for business or pleasure it is necessary to obtain the appropriate paperwork to comply with European legislation. This means the driver obtaining paperwork such as the ‘Vehicle on Hire’ certificate.

Vehicle on Hire Certificate application

Please ensure that you have fully & correctly completed this application to avoid delay in issuing certificate. Please allow at least seven days from the date of your application to receipt of your Vehicle on Hire Certificate. If you are travelling within seven days, please call 0870 241 4656 who can arrange special delivery at a charge of £4.00. A signature will be required on delivery.
