By offering this product, we can take care of all service, maintenance and repairs required to keep your vehicles in the best working order.

ServiceTrak provides a one-stop-shop for you to call for all your fleet's servicing and mechanical repairs. This service is designed to save you the time and trouble often associated with dealing with garages. To ensure a high level of workmanship, we have a network of over 1,000 nationally approved suppliers at our disposal, although you are free to choose whichever garage you would prefer.

Upon expiry of your vehicle’s manufacturer cover we offer a comprehensive roadside assistance programme, in conjunction with the RAC. We have a dedicated roadside assistance phoneline, so you can get help as quickly as possible, whether you are at home or on the road, 24 hours a day. Our European cover will also make sure you are covered when driving abroad on the continent.

Our specialist team works with the RAC to provide an incident management service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your drivers only need to make one call and we do the rest. If an employee's vehicle is off the road due to an accident, we provide a free hire car for 48 hours and can arrange temporary vehicles according to your company car policy.
Thorough risk assessment enables us to identify and implement risk reduction strategies. We also pursue uninsured loss recovery claims and include full European cover as part of the package.

Managing over 7,000 vehicles means we are responsible for the safety of over 7,000 people. Client safety is something we take seriously and one of the ways we will care for you is by offering unlimited tyre replacement, to ensure all tyres on our vehicles are in good condition.
The minimum legal limit for the tread depth of a tyre is 1.6mm but our policy is to replace tyres when they reach a tread depth of 2mm.
We also ensure we repair or replace any tyres after a puncture or if they have suffered kerb or sidewall damage. Just because we offer unlimited replacement tyres, it does not mean we use any old tyres; we believe in fitting only premium-brands, so you always get the best set of wheels in the business.

Link 24 provides you with driver and fleet support from fully-qualified technicians. Whether you have problems adjusting a car seat or working out a refrigeration unit, our technicians are there to offer you expert help and advice.
Whilst it is our aim to make the management of your fleet as cost effective as possible it is also our policy to reduce your administration and increase the levels of service you receive. By offering our own consolidated maintenance product we retain greater control of our service levels.
