Fleet Alliance Loves: Our People
As a company we look after our people. In return they look after our clients. Regular nights out, staff competitions and charity events keep us energised whilst our office is full of fun kit including a pool table, Nintendo Wii and Plasma TV.
Fleet Alliance Loves: Rewards and Culture
Culture and well-being are fundamental to the way we work; factors which are reflected in our staff benefits scheme. Fleet Alliance Loves: Rewards and Culture covers elements such as financial reward and leave entitlement through to culture and personal benefits.
Looking after our people contributes to our performance in our yearly staff satisfaction survey. Latest results show that that:
- 100% of staff thought their aims and objectives were well communicated
- 100% thought their managers treated them fairly
- 100% thought they felt empowered to do their jobs.
Fleet Alliance Loves: Being Social
We work very hard at Fleet Alliance, however we never let hard work get in the way of a good time. Wherever we can, we try to combine our nights out with charitable and community efforts.
Over the last three years, we've raised in excess of £50,000 for our company charity. Maggie's operate a number of centres across the UK - places that anyone to turn to for help with any of the problems, small or large, associated with cancer.
At a Maggie's Cancer Caring Centre, visitors can get help with information, benefits advice, psychological support both individually and in groups, courses and stress reducing strategies. Visitors don’t have to make an appointment or be referred and everything Maggie's offer is free of charge.
Fleet Alliance has been supporting Maggie's through various fundraising activities over the last four years, with the annual Maggie's Monster Bike and Hike being a particular favourite.
