Fleet Alliance Loves

Fleet Alliance Loves captures our softer side under the banner of Corporate Social Responsibility. It's about how we look after our people, our charity and community efforts and how we do our bit for the environment.

Our people

Fleet Alliance Loves: Our People

As a company we look after our people. In return they look after our clients. Regular nights out, staff competitions and charity events keep us energised whilst our office is full of fun kit including a pool table, Nintendo Wii and Plasma TV.

Fleet Alliance Loves: Rewards and Culture

Culture and well-being are fundamental to the way we work; factors which are reflected in our staff benefits scheme. Fleet Alliance Loves: Rewards and Culture covers elements such as financial reward and leave entitlement through to culture and personal benefits.

Looking after our people contributes to our performance in our yearly staff satisfaction survey. Latest results show that that:
  • 100% of staff thought their aims and objectives were well communicated
  • 100% thought their managers treated them fairly
  • 100% thought they felt empowered to do their jobs.
These are impressive figures we are very proud of. If you would like to review the details of our staff benefits scheme, click here.

Fleet Alliance Loves: Being Social

We work very hard at Fleet Alliance, however we never let hard work get in the way of a good time. Wherever we can, we try to combine our nights out with charitable and community efforts.

Charity and community

Fleet Alliance Loves: Maggie's

Over the last five years, we've raised in excess of £100,000 for our company charities. Our primary charity, Maggie's, operate a number of centres across the UK - places that anyone to turn to for help with any of the problems, small or large, associated with cancer.

Fleet Alliance has been supporting Maggie's through various fundraising activities over the last five years, with the annual Maggie's Monster Bike and Hike being a particular favourite. For the last two years we've acted as official transport partner at the event.

In 2012 we hosted our inaugural Charity Ball in aid of Maggie's and the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice who we are supporting for the first time. The night was a huge success raising over £25,000 at the event alone.

Fleet Alliance Loves: Campsie Black Watch

We are proud to be lead sponsors of Campsie Black Watch. A local under 21 football club based in Lennoxtown, East Dunbartonshire, the team was formed in 1943, taking its name from the Royal Highland Regiment.

Campsie Black Watch is one of the most successful juvenile teams in Scottish football history having won 26 league championships, five Lady Darling trophies and the Scottish Juvenile Cup a record nine times.

Fleet Alliance Loves: Green Fleet

We do our bit for the environment by driving down the carbon footprint of our clients' fleet. In fact, over the last five years we have helped clients reduce their CO2 emissions by an average of 13%
